Refund Policy

Refunds for Goods Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after download of your goods. For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Refunds only given if either

- you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

or

- you receive the wrong physical product.

or

- you receive a physical product in a damaged state.

 

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. these are instant downloads.

For all other refunds, please email shirish@huesandtones.net within 7 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If item is damaged, we will refund or resend your goods as per your choice.

 

When will the refunds get processed?

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.
