However crowded, ugly or impersonal big cities may get, one cannot deny that their skylines look fabulous when illuminated at dusk.

I recently saw a photo of San Fransisco ‘skyline’. Due to the uneven nature of ground, the houses seem like stacked on top of one another. I thought this would make for a fascinating and challenging subject. The main challenge was to keep remembering exactly which house I was drawing :-). Done with pigma micron pens.
