Did these 2 sketches yesterday in University of Pune.
A broken concrete base of a light pole
Steps between the various descendants of a single Banyan tree.
Last week I was traveling on a nearby road when I saw this old abandoned concrete mixer machine by the roadside. The rusty textures lent themselves perfectly for pen and ink drawing. Here is the result.
Did this last weekend in Pune University. Incidentally, I had done the same one at the same spot in 2011. Posting both of them here.
The Wolf! Pen, inks and watercolors on paper
An old door in a Wada in Menavali village, India. I had drawn this live in Menavali. Colored it later. This was sold in my last exhibition 🙂
